Shipping & Delivery

Harmony Wine Packs is based in Sydney, NSW.

Due to the current impact of COVID-19 shipping is a little tricky to guarantee. We are currently estimating the following delivery times:

• NSW Standard shipping: 2-3 days
• NSW Express shipping: Next day delivery if order processed before 3pm
• All Other States: 2-4 days

We do not ship internationally.

Products may be shipped separately.

We require a signature on all deliveries. 
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note for later collection from the nearest local Post Office. The person collecting the order from the Post Office must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it will be returned to us and you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-dispatch. No refunds will be available in this instance. 

Quality Guaranteed
We guarantee delivery of quality, intact products and electronically track and monitor all orders. If your order is damaged in anyway during transit (because sometimes accidents happen) we are notified and will automatically contact you to advise your choice of re-dispatch, credit or refund.
